1. Acadima’s Return Policy allows for up to 10% of your unworn school order, with the exception of custom products, to returned for a full refund and without incurring a restocking fee. For returns exceeding 10% of the total order, a 20% restocking fee may be applied.
2. Only unworn stock products in the original packaging are eligible for a refund if returned.
3. Custom orders are not eligible for refund at any time.
4. Large quantity tassel orders are not eligible for a refund if returned.
5. Customers are responsible for shipping fees on all returned products.
6. Prior to returning any items for any reason, please go online at www.acadima.com/awrma/redirect/link and request an RMA #. This number allows our team to track your return and ensure timely handling of the returned products.
7. Please note all shipping, handling & processing fees for your order are non-refundable.
8. All returned product(s) must be returned/ received within 7 business days of the date of the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number given to you.
9. All return requests / RMAs must be made within 14 days of the product delivery date.
10. Please note it is the customers responsibility to pay for shipping on all returns.
11. Many items are “On Sale.” Products that are not eligible for returns are clearly marked as “On Sale” on the Product page for that Product. All products on sale are non-refundable, however can be exchanged for the same credit amount.
